Access to our platform is sold as an annual subscription. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect your current subscription period – it will apply on renewal.

Your subscription grants you access to the platform features available at the time of purchase, for a period of 12 months from the date of payment. We may add, modify, or remove features during your subscription period; where we make significant removals, we will give reasonable notice.

5.3 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis. Payment is processed via our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

If payment fails, access to the platform may be suspended until payment is resolved.

5.4 Renewal

Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew by default unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. You will be notified prior to your subscription expiry with options to renew.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy for paid subscriptions is as follows:

6.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, provided you have not made substantial use of the platform (for example, generated, downloaded, or exported a significant volume of content or data). 6.2 After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid subscription period.

6.3 Exceptions

We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, for example in the event of a technical fault on our side that prevents access to the platform. Refunds will not be granted where access to the platform has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of these terms.

6.4 Renewals

If your subscription renews (where auto-renewal is enabled), you may request a refund of the renewal fee within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used the platform during that renewal period.

7. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

  • Share your account or login credentials with any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract proprietary data or algorithms from the platform.
  • Use the platform to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or scrape the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.

If you are a consumer resident in England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If you are a business, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
